Counseling Services
Stereo Symbiosis Counseling provides outpatient mental health counseling for adults in Texas. Services are provided by appointment only and may be offered through secure telehealth and/or in person depending on availability, client needs, and clinician discretion.
Therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client’s goals.

Approach
Counseling at Stereo Symbiosis Counseling emphasizes curiosity, compassion, emotional clarity, and practical change. The therapeutic relationship is treated as a collaborative space for reflection, insight, and meaningful movement.
Clients are invited to bring complexity, uncertainty, and the parts of life that do not fit neatly into simple categories.
Fees, Payment, and Policies
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Payments may be processed through a secure third-party payment processor.
Clients may request a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement when appropriate. Stereo Symbiosis Counseling does not guarantee insurance reimbursement.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged according to the client’s signed counseling agreement.
Refunds are not typically issued for completed counseling sessions. If a payment error occurs, clients may contact the practice for review and correction.
